Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) Kementerian Keuangan akan meluncurkan meterai digital pada awal Januari 2021 mendatang. Dirjen Pajak Suryo Utomo mengatakan persiapan infrastruktur meterai tersebut akan dilebur oleh lembaganya dalam tiga bulan ke depan.
Para pedagang pasti seringkali dikaitkan dengan istilah Pengusaha Kena Pajak atau biasa disingkat dengan PKP. Contohnya penjual jam, hijab, baju, mukena, dsb. Namun, apakah setiap pedagang harus ditetapkan sebagai PKP? Apakah hanya penjual barang saja yang wajib dikukuhkan sebagai PKP?
Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (Ditjen Pajak) mencabut Peraturan Direktur Jenderal (Perdirjen) Pajak Nomor 32/PJ/2010 tentang Pelaksanaan Pengenaan Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) Pasal 25 bagi Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi Pengusaha Tertentu. Pencabutan beleid ini lewat penerbitan Perdirjen Pajak No. 14/PJ/2019 yang ditetapkan pada 3 Juli lalu.
